cEDH Tournament Report: Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh / Thrasios, Triton Hero wins Mulligan Championship Series - November w/ Guaranteed Prizing

Warminster, Pennsylvania played host to the Mulligan Championship Series - November w/ Guaranteed Prizing on November 1, 2026, and 74 players showed up ready to battle for the top spot. When the dust settled, Phelan Reedy took the title with Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh / Thrasios, Triton Hero, finishing with a 5-1-1 record. That single loss and single draw tell us it was not a perfectly smooth ride, but it was more than enough to bring home the win.

The Top 4 was a fun snapshot of the field. Alongside Reedy's Rograkh and Thrasios list, we saw Kraum, Ludevic's Opus / Tymna the Weaver, Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin, and Thrasios, Triton Hero / Yoshimaru, Ever Faithful. Thrasios made two appearances among the final four, paired with two different partners, which is worth keeping an eye on. We don't have detected win conditions for the winning deck, so how Reedy closed out games will have to remain a mystery for now. Stay tuned as we dig into what these decks were up to.

How it plays & wins

This is a Rograkh and Thrasios blue-green-red shell that plays a tight, interaction-heavy game. It accelerates with Sol Ring, Ancient Tomb, Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, and Elvish Spirit Guide, then holds up free counterspells like Force of Will, Force of Negation, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, and Swan Song. Mystic Remora and Rhystic Study generate card advantage, while Chord of Calling, Green Sun's Zenith, and Gamble find the right piece. Thrasios turns spare mana into cards or lands.

The list has no clean infinite combo, so the win is a bit fuzzy. The most likely route is a mana-fueled turn built on Gaea's Cradle, Cryptolith Rite, Earthcraft, and Kinnan, ending with a Chatterstorm token swarm or a big Finale of Devastation. Beyond that, I can't confidently name a single intended kill, so treat it as flexible midrange-combo.
