How is this ranked?

We look at every cEDH tournament with 16+ players from the last 90 days. A commander scores points for each top cut and extra points for each tournament win, multiplied by how efficiently it turns decks into top cuts compared with the average deck. That way a commander needs both proven results and a good conversion rate — a single lucky run or simply being played a lot is not enough. Commanders need at least 5 decks to qualify.
