Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

How it plays & wins

Sisay is a legendary-creature toolbox. The deck jumps out of the gate with a huge suite of free and cheap mana: Moxen, Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Ancient Tomb, Gaea's Cradle, and a pile of dorks like Birds, Noble Hierarch, Ignoble Hierarch, and Selvala. It then uses Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Green Sun's Zenith, Chord of Calling, Eldritch Evolution, and Crop Rotation to find the right legend. Sisay's five-color activation can fetch legendary permanents, and the deck is stuffed with them. Protection and interaction include Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Silence, and Swords to Plowshares. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and Smothering Tithe add card advantage.

I can't point to a clear, confirmed infinite combo here, and none was detected. The most likely route is a fast value and pressure game: ramp, tutor, build a board of legendary creatures, and attack while holding up counterspells. Treat it as a flexible midrange-combo hybrid.
