Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

How it plays & wins

This is a fast, mana-dense turbo deck. It uses a pile of Moxen, rituals, spirit guides, and hierarchs to take an explosive turn, backed by tutors like Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, and Enlightened Tutor. Free interaction such as Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, and Silence protects the key turn. Sisay is mostly a flexible, colorful commander. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and Smothering Tithe give some grindy value, but speed is the real plan.

The deck wins mainly by emptying its library. Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, with Thassa's Oracle on the stack, is the cleanest line. Its backup is Underworld Breach with Lion's Eye Diamond, finishing with a Brain Freeze storm count. Ad Nauseam and Necropotence are available for digging, but I can't say with confidence how they close the game.
