Francisco, Fowl Marauder / Thrasios, Triton Hero

How it plays & wins

This is a Sultai midrange-turbo deck that builds mana fast and protects itself while it does. Mana dorks like Birds of Paradise, Fyndhorn Elves and Elves of Deep Shadow, plus Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox and Lotus Petal, ramp it out early. Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Worldly Tutor, Green Sun's Zenith, Chord of Calling and Survival of the Fittest find whatever the situation needs. Free interaction like Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation and Force of Negation lets the pilot keep up with opponents. Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora supply extra cards while the table is stuck.

The clearest win is the Thassa's Oracle package. The pilot assembles Thassa's Oracle with either Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact, empties the library, and wins when Oracle's trigger resolves with no cards left. Tutors and creature-tutors make Oracle easy to find, and the free counterspells protect the line. The list doesn't show a dependable backup win condition, so that combo is clearly the plan.
