Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

How it plays & wins

This is a midrange-value shell built around fast mana and free interaction. Moxen, Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and the hierarchs accelerate into Sisay, whose ability turns mana into legendary permanents from the library. Gaea's Cradle, Selvala, Kinnan, and Derevi supply mana and utility. Chord of Calling and Green Sun's Zenith add toolbox flexibility, and Demonic Tutor and Vampiric Tutor find answers. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and Smothering Tithe generate advantage while Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Flusterstorm, Pact of Negation, and Swan Song protect the board.

The win condition is not clear from the list, and I see no confirmed infinite combo. The most likely route is grinding out value, then attacking with a large board of legendary creatures such as Ragavan, Orcish Bowmasters, or Deadpool, while holding up counterspells. It reads more like a flexible, skill-intensive pile than a deterministic combo deck.
