Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy

How it plays & wins

Kinnan is a mana-dork and rock deck that uses the commander's extra mana to ramp quickly. Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Birds of Paradise and the elves give it explosive starts, and Kinnan's tap trigger turns those permanents into even more mana. The deck protects itself with a thick layer of free and cheap interaction: Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Force of Negation, Flusterstorm and Mental Misstep. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, The One Ring and Consecrated Sphinx supply card advantage, while Chord of Calling, Whir of Invention and Transmute Artifact find answers and threats.

The win condition isn't clearly defined, and no combo was detected. The likeliest routes are a large Walking Ballista, a Hullbreaker Horror that can't be countered, or Kinnan's activated ability, which puts a nonhuman creature onto the battlefield. More often, it probably wins by out-resourcing the table and finishing with a resolved threat while holding up counterspells.
