Vivi Ornitier

How it plays & wins

This is a blue-red spells deck that mixes free interaction with fast mana. Force of Will, Force of Negation, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Misdirection, Daze and Mental Misstep protect the combo turn. Moxen, Mana Vault, Sol Ring, Lotus Petal and Rite of Flame speed up the start. Mystical Tutor, Gamble, Intuition and Imperial Recruiter find the pieces, while Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora provide card advantage when the game goes longer.

The most likely win is a storm-style finish. Underworld Breach with Lion's Eye Diamond lets you cast spells from the graveyard, and Brain Freeze then mills the opponent with a large storm count. The other route is Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal to untap your mana rocks. With enough mana from them, that produces a loop of mana. The list doesn't clearly show an outlet beyond storm, so Brain Freeze is the likely closer.
