Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

How it plays & wins

Sisay is a midrange-to-fast creature deck that leans on mana acceleration and free interaction. Mana dorks like Birds of Paradise, Noble Hierarch and Ignoble Hierarch, plus Sol Ring, Mox Diamond and Lotus Petal, speed up the early turns. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora and Smothering Tithe generate value, while Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Swan Song and Flusterstorm protect the plan. Tutors like Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor and Green Sun's Zenith find the right piece. Sisay can then dig up a legendary permanent such as Selvala, Kinnan or Derevi.

The win condition isn't clear from the list, and I can't point to a confident infinite combo. The likeliest routes are building a large board and using Gaea's Cradle or Selvala for a burst of mana, or just attacking with efficient threats like Ragavan and Orcish Bowmasters. This looks more like a flexible, interaction-backed value deck than a deterministic combo deck.
