Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

How it plays & wins

Sisay is a five-color legend pile built around fast mana and flexibility. Birds of Paradise, Noble Hierarch, Ignoble Hierarch, Deathrite Shaman, Sol Ring, Mana Vault and a handful of moxen get an early engine out, while Gaea's Cradle and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds make big mana from a wide board. Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Enlightened Tutor, Worldly Tutor, Chord of Calling and Green Sun's Zenith find the right piece, and Sisay can fetch other legendary permanents. Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Flusterstorm and Cyclonic Rift protect the table position, while Rhystic Study and Smothering Tithe tax opponents.

The win condition isn't clear from this list, and no known combo is detected. The most likely routes are incremental: a mana-rich board with Selvala or Gaea's Cradle, plus tutored threats like Kinnan, Derevi or Ragavan, backed by counterspells until someone is out of answers. It looks like a flexible midrange-value deck that wins through tempo and disruption, not a fixed combo.
