Shorikai, Genesis Engine

How it plays & wins

This is a blue-white artifact deck built around cheap mana and a thick layer of free interaction. Moxen, Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Grim Monolith, and Lotus Petal speed up the early turns. Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Swan Song, and Mental Misstep protect the plan. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and Smothering Tithe tax opponents while Shorikai churns out extra cards and Pilot tokens. Enlightened Tutor, Mystical Tutor, and Whir of Invention find the key pieces.

The clearest line is Dramatic Reversal imprinted on Isochron Scepter, which makes infinite colorless mana when you have enough nonland mana rocks. The list doesn't show an obvious dedicated finisher after that. Shorikai's draw ability and Mind Over Matter probably convert the mana into a win, but I can't say for sure how.
