Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy

How it plays & wins

Kinnan is a mana-doubling, blue-green midrange shell. It leans on a pile of fast mana (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Mox Diamond, Chrome Mox, Birds of Paradise, Llanowar Elves) to deploy threats ahead of the table. Kinnan doubles the mana from nonland permanents, and Chord of Calling, Finale of Devastation, and Whir of Invention find the right piece. Meanwhile Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Force of Negation, Flusterstorm, and Misdirection protect the plan, while Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and Sylvan Library keep cards flowing.

The win condition is not clear from the list, and I can't confirm any deterministic combo. The most likely route is a large threat like Consecrated Sphinx, Nezahal, Primal Tide, or Hullbreaker Horror, backed by counterspells and copy effects such as Phyrexian Metamorph, then closing through combat.
