Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

How it plays & wins

Sisay is a five-color midrange shell that plays like a fast cEDH stack deck. It opens with mana dorks and rocks like Birds of Paradise, the Hierarchs, Sol Ring, Mana Vault, and Chrome Mox, then leans on tutors such as Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Enlightened Tutor, and Chord of Calling. Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and Smothering Tithe generate value, while Force of Will, Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Flusterstorm, and Swan Song protect the combo turn. Sisay can also fetch legendary permanents, such as Kinnan, Selvala, or Derevi, to give the deck extra flexibility.

The most direct wins are Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact. The other route is Underworld Breach, which can end the game with Brain Freeze or Lion's Eye Diamond. I wouldn't claim any Sisay-specific combo from this list.
