The Wandering Minstrel

How it plays & wins

This list is a fast-mana, tutor-driven storm deck. It sets up with Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, Lotus Petal, Dark Ritual and Cabal Ritual, then digs with Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Mystical Tutor and Gamble. Free or cheap interaction like Fierce Guardianship, Pact of Negation, Flusterstorm, Mental Misstep, Silence and Veil of Summer protects the turn where it all comes together. Mystic Remora and Windfall give extra card flow.

The clearest win is Underworld Breach with Lion's Eye Diamond or Brain Freeze. Breach lets the pilot recast spells from the graveyard, and Brain Freeze then mills the table with a huge storm count. Ad Nauseam can refuel the turn, but the list has no obvious finisher beyond Brain Freeze, so I can't name a second clean kill with confidence.
